According to international development experiences, when they are striving towards high income countries, middle income countries needs equitable development and higher population quality, which is also a prerequisite for eliminating poverty. However, the Center for Chinese Agriculture Policy, CAS and its cooperators recently found that poor areas have higher rate of dropout of students in middle school and fewer students could accomplish their high school education. The disparity of education between developed and less developed areas will constrain poverty alleviation. Lacking of human capital is severely hindering the cause of helping the poor and then imposes bad influence on the development of poor areas. Therefore, it’s imperative to figure out how to tackle children malnutrition in poor areas when we study “Targeted Poverty Alleviation”.
